Choice. Is it really ours?
I often hear people say that we can choose our actions and our action makes us who we are.
But I doubt if there is something called choice. I think it is an illusion. It has profound consequences, but an illusion never the less.
Our choice are never really our own. We are knowingly or unknowingly influenced by th circumstances. If the circumstances are removed, the answer to the question changes.
